Entelo Lite is centered our Chrome Extension experience, which recently had a makeover. The improvements are too good to ignore! After adding email and other workflow capabilities into the extension, it is now a much more robust offering that our team believes can stand on its own.

Q1: What’s changing?
There are no changes to the existing Entelo experience. However, customers are now able to buy Entelo Lite seats, which provide a trimmed down Entelo experience, with some of the best workflow features and now the ability to send emails directly from within the extension experience. Enjoy Track, Insights and advanced reporting as well!
Q2: What are the differences between a Recruiter seat and Entelo Lite
Q3: What happens if an Entelo Lite user tries to run a search?
Entelo Lite does not include access to Entelo Search. You can still see profile info and insights of candidates you are exploring on other websites, but you won’t be able to run searches.
If you visit Entelo.com and go to the Search tab, you’ll see something like this:
Q4: Can I create multiple Envoy jobs with Entelo Lite?
Entelo Lite also gives you access to a single-batch Envoy job per (calendar) month, just so you can test drive the amazing automated sourcing experience Envoy offers.
However, this is just a limited trial. Attempting to create a second job within the same month will yield an error.
Q5: Who are ideal users for the Track Lite experience
The ideal user will be someone who is not actively sourcing all the time, but it’s still involved in the recruiting process- think of Hiring Managers, recruiting ops, interview coordinators, interview panel participants, etc. Recruiters who enjoy sourcing using multiple websites can also benefit from using Entelo Lite.
