We're here to help.

November 2016: More search results, less time searching.

Here’s a quick look at new features we’ve rolled out this month for Entelo Search:

  • New! Skills expansion
  • Dynamic data refresh
  • Updates to Entelo Track notifications

New! Skills expansion

Entelo's new skills expansion feature was implemented to significantly increase the number of relevant search results displayed after entering common keywords or skills. Now, when you run a search for a specific skill, Entelo will retrieve candidates who have that skill as well as similar, related skills. For example, if you search for the keyword 'mobile' you will now also see candidates with 'iOS' and 'Android' experience.

All skills expansion will happen automatically on Entelo’s back end, so there’s no need to comb through similar skills yourself or add any extra steps to your search process. Just sit back and watch more qualified candidates roll in.

Dynamic data refresh

We constantly refresh our data to make sure the Entelo profiles you see are as up-to-date as possible, but we’ve recently made some adjustments to refresh the profiles that you’re looking at even faster. Don’t be alarmed if you notice profiles update before your eyes!

Updates to Entelo Track notifications

If you use Track, you are likely familiar with our draft email page which displays the open, click and reply activity for each message. We've recently cleaned up this activity stream to eliminate noise caused by some automatic actions by a user's browser or computer. The result is a clean record of when your email has been delivered, or a candidate has opened, clicked, or replied to your email.

Please note, these changes will not affect any of the events displayed in your Track Reports.
