Batch follow-up emails for Track
You’ve already been able to schedule individual follow-up emails to automatically send on your behalf in Track. Now, you can configure Track to send follow-up emails in bulk. Automated follow-up email campaigns are completely customizable, and will send your personalized email templates to all of your candidates a set number of days after your initial outreach.
We’ve also made some changes to the 'follow-ups' tab, so you can always easily see which emails you have pending, scheduled, sent, canceled, and expired.
Search for Track templates
Managing your email communication in Track just got a little easier with the addition of search for templates. Now you can quickly surface previously-created templates by entering the template title or relevant keyword in the Search bar on the ‘Templates’ page.
Improved iCIMS integration
Entelo’s improved integration with iCIMS Recruit helps streamline your recruiting process even further and allows you to move candidates sourced through Entelo into iCIMS, in just one click.
To export candidates, click the “Export to iCIMS” button on the right hand side of any candidate profile page. For assistance enabling your iCIMS integration, check out this Entelo Knowledgebase article.
Improved Greenhouse Integration
We’ve added a new search bar to the Greenhouse export button to help you quickly organize candidates within your ATS. You no longer have to put your sourcing efforts on pause to open your ATS and scroll through long lists of jobs.
Sonar slot deactivation option
A new field has been added to Sonar's criteria page which allows you to temporarily (or permanently) make slots inactive. This is helpful when you want to focus Sonar on a new open req, but you don't want to delete job details you've filled in and data you've gathered with older Sonar slots.
To deactivate a Sonar slot, select "edit" then select "Inactive" from the State field at the bottom. Select "Next" to save your changes. You can flip the toggle back to "active" at any time to start running your Sonar slot again.
