Welcome to the first release notes of 2016. Up this month: enhancements to Track, our email system for reaching out directly to candidates you’ve sourced in Entelo:
“Follow-up” emails now available!
We have new walkthroughs to help users navigate Track
We gave you a preview of this last month, and now it’s live for all Entelo customers.
Sometimes called drip campaigns, this feature lets you automatically send a follow-up email to candidates you’ve previously emailed via Track. You can configure a follow-up if, for example, someone you contacted has clicked on a link in your email, but hasn’t replied yet. You can also create separate templates for the follow-up, and control when and under what circumstances it gets sent. This feature is first available to Gmail and Google Apps users.
Walkthroughs to help users navigate Track
To those we’ve added a pair of walkthroughs for Track: How to Set up Track, as well as How to Use Track. If you’re new to Entelo, new to Track, or are looking for a refresher, check them out -- each takes only about a minute.
