What makes a candidate "More Likely to Move"?

More Likely to Move: How are candidates identified?

Candidates who are flagged by Entelo’s More Likely to Move algorithm have a 30% chance of changing jobs in the next 90 days. In fact, they are 7x more likely to move than candidates who are not flagged

How does it work?

Entelo analyzes dozens of predictive variables to uncover the candidates most receptive to a new opportunity. For example, we look at key changes to their social profiles (updated skills on LinkedIn, contributions to online portfolios such as Behance, etc) and compare that against baseline behavior. Entelo also looks at company health information and includes it in the analysis (for example, M&A activity, layoffs, facilities closing, stock fluctuations, etc.)
