How does it work?
Entelo analyzes dozens of predictive variables to uncover the candidates most receptive to a new opportunity. For example, we look at key changes to their social profiles (updated skills on LinkedIn, contributions to online portfolios such as Behance, etc) and compare that against baseline behavior. Entelo also looks at company health information and includes it in the analysis (for example, M&A activity, layoffs, facilities closing, stock fluctuations, etc.)
