How Do I Integrate My Taleo Enterprise Edition Account with Entelo?

To integrate Entelo with your Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) account, see the following steps:

* Please note, some Taleo Enterprise implementations automatically email all candidates who are imported by the ATS.  If this feature is active for your team, please be aware that candidates exported from Entelo may be emailed by your TEE system automatically. We strongly recommend that you contact your TEE Admin to disable this feature.

Step 1.

Make sure that your Entelo organization and associated org admin user have been created as a part of your Entelo Onboarding Process. If you do not have that set up, please contact your Customer Success Manager/Executive or email us at success@entelo.com

Once you have your Entelo admin account, ask your TEE Administrator to create an Entelo account within Taleo Enterprise Edition account to initiate the integration. We recommend the following:

  • First Name: Entelo
  • Last Name: Search
  • Email: Any email that can be accessed by your Taleo Administrator (they’ll need to receive the email to confirm the account)
  • Username: entelosearch
  • Role: Administrator
  • Status: Employee
  • Password: Set up by your Taleo Administrator

Step 2.

Once you have created an Entelo User account in TEE, log into Entelo. Click on your name in the top right corner and select Organization Settings under your profile:

Under ATS Integrations, click on the Taleo Enterprise button:

You will be directed to the following screen to configure your TEE integration.

The username and password are the same credentials set up above by your TEE Administrator. Clicking on Save will establish your TEE/Entelo integration. You will see the following notification the top right corner of your screen:

You will also be directed to Custom Integration Settings, where you will see options to edit the TEE URL, and Dummy Email Address.

In the URL field, enter the custom URL for your organization’s TEE account.

In the Dummy Email Address field, enter the default email address for exported candidates that don’t have any email information.

Once you have filled out this information, click Save. You can now begin exporting candidate profiles from Entelo to TEE.

Step 3.

You can export candidate profiles to TEE individually (through profiles) or in bulk (through lists). Through the Entelo Chrome Extension, or within Entelo itself, you will see the option to Export to Taleo Enterprise. You can export to particular job requisitions within your TEE account.

If profile has already been exported to TEE, instead of an Export button, you will see an option to View in Taleo Enterprise, which will link you to that candidate’s profile within Taleo Enterprise.

That’s it! You have now successfully integrated your TEE account with Entelo!

If you have any questions or encounter any issues with your TEE integration, don’t hesitate to contact our support team at support@entelo.com.
